- Lead and oversee all financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting processes
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plans
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow to ensure financial efficiency and profitability
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury functions, and working capital requirements
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, VAT regulations, and accounting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, risk management procedures, and financial governance frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience in the UAE with solid understanding of VAT regulations and local financial compliance
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision making skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the company's financial planning, reporting, and control functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting processes.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plans.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury functions, and working capital requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in the UAE with a solid understanding of VAT regulations and local financial compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate development, construction, or property sector.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, CA, or equivalent.
- Experience with project financing, investment analysis, and real estate financial modeling.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
