Job Summary

  • We are seeking a customer focused and proactive Client Services Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding projects, payment plans, documentation, and company services
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high standard of customer service
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and project teams to address client requests and concerns
  • Manage client records, contracts, and correspondence in the company CRM system
  • Assist clients throughout the sales, post sales, and handover processes
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate matters when necessary
  • Support project launches, client events, property handovers, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Prepare customer service reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
  • Experience in the UAE real estate, property development, hospitality, or related industries is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional appearance and customer oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate customer care, property handovers, or post sales services
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate processes and customer service best practices
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Experience using CRM and customer support platforms
