- Provide timely and accurate information regarding projects, payment plans, documentation, and services
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high standard of customer service
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and project teams to address client requests and concerns
- Manage client records, contracts, and correspondence in CRM system
- Assist clients throughout sales, post sales, and handover processes
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Support project launches, client events, property handovers, and customer engagement initiatives
- Prepare customer service reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or similar role
- Experience in UAE real estate, property development, hospitality, or related industries preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
- Experience in the UAE real estate, property development, hospitality, or related industries is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and customer oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate customer care, property handovers, or post sales services
- Knowledge of UAE real estate processes and customer service best practices
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Experience using CRM and customer support platforms
