A Dubai-based company is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, manage influencer partnerships, and support paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging, high quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms (Reels, short form videos, carousels, stories)
- Film, edit, and produce video content in house
- Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand voice and goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community
- Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Optimize content based on analytics and audience behavior
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, audience interactions)
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution
- Support and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok Ads)
- Support marketing and promotional strategies for events and capture real time content during events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Experience in marketing agencies handling multiple industries and accounts is an added advantage
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) is preferred

Job Overview
- We are actively looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who develops, implements, and manages social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Track and measure influencer campaign performance.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience in similar field
- Experience in Marketing agencies handling multiple industries and accounts is an added advantage
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) is preferred according to the nature of the job
