- Create scroll stopping Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn posts and YouTube Shorts — shot, edited, and published by you
- Edit in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop (or your tool of choice) to a professional finish
- Spot trends early and turn them around fast, before they're saturated
- Build and run the monthly content calendar across every platform
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily workflow — not a novelty
- Optimise our content for AI search platforms (GEO) — structured content, AI readable formatting, and SEO fundamentals
- Track what's actually working — engagement, reach, and conversion, not just impressions — and adjust weekly
Requirements
- A track record of growing accounts — with real numbers, not "I managed socials"
- Strong editing and design chops across video and static content
- Fluent in how Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X each actually work — not a one size fits all approach
- You already use AI tools to move faster and think sharper
- Bonus: you understand SEO or GEO, or you're curious enough to learn fast
- Self directed — we're not going to hand you a script
- No portfolio, no interview.

- We're Hiring: Social Media Manager — Dubai
- Build the most recognised immigration brand on the internet.
- Citizenship & Co. is a premium global mobility advisory firm helping HNW individuals and families secure second citizenships, residency, and international business solutions. We're scaling fast — and we need a social media manager who can turn that growth into a brand people actually stop scrolling
- This is not a "post and schedule" role.
What you'll actually do
- Create scroll stopping Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn posts and YouTube Shorts — shot, edited, and published by you
- Edit in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop (or your tool of choice) to a professional finish
- Spot trends early and turn them around fast, before they're saturated
- Build and run the monthly content calendar across every platform
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily workflow — not a novelty
