About the Role
CitizenShip & Co. is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to lead branding, content, and social media. You will develop and execute content strategies, produce premium graphics and videos, and manage the company's digital presence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly content strategy aligned with business goals
- Produce a minimum of two original, high quality pieces of content each working day for social media
- Design premium graphics, carousels, presentations, advertisements, brochures and other marketing materials
- Film, edit and produce high quality videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Create engaging educational, promotional and thought leadership content
- Maintain a consistent premium brand identity across all digital channels
- Write compelling captions, headlines and marketing copy
- Plan and manage content calendars and production schedules
- Photograph and film office activities, behind the scenes content, company events and team culture
- Research competitors, industry trends and content opportunities every week
- Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Use AI tools to improve research, scripting, editing, design and productivity
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of graphic design and video editing work
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience with CapCut and Canva Pro
- Understanding of premium and luxury branding
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney is an advantage

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Graphic Design, Video Production, Video Editing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Photography, Branding, Copywriting, Content Strategy.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Canva Pro, Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoho CRM is an advantage.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

Salary
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month depending on experience, portfolio, skills, and value.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
