- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to clients and staff.
- Keep the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception areas clean and organised.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
- Purchase office supplies and pantry items when required.
- Receive and organise deliveries and courier packages.
- Support staff with basic office tasks and day to day operations.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared before client appointments.
- Monitor office inventory and report shortages.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the office.
- Perform other general office support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Honest, punctual, and dependable.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE or willing to transfer visa.

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
