- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment throughout the day
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for clients and visitors
- Welcome clients and guests with a professional and courteous attitude
- Manage office pantry supplies and stationery inventory
- Organise meeting rooms before and after client meetings
- Receive deliveries and coordinate incoming packages
- Support staff with day to day office requirements
- Ensure office furniture, equipment, and common areas remain tidy and presentable
- Maintain confidentiality when handling company information and documents
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office support, hospitality, receptionist, office assistant, or customer service role is an advantage
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, courteous, and service oriented attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working in a fast paced professional office
- Basic English communication skills are required

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month.
- Employment visa provided.
