Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Director role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role oversees the company’s social media strategy, planning, execution, and alignment with brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media campaigns across key platforms.
- Optimise content for engagement and reach, monitor analytics, and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, public relations, and leadership teams on integrated narratives.
- Highlight company projects, investor value propositions, and community-focused initiatives.
- Manage agency or vendor relationships, content calendars, and community management.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimisation skills are required.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills are required.
- Solid content strategy skills are required.
- Experience leading social media functions in real estate, property, or related industries is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience using analytics tools, managing paid-campaign budgets, and reporting performance is required.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities are required.
Compensation
- The listed salary is AED 700 per month.
