Role Overview
The Creative Lead shapes and drives Grovy Developers’ brand and creative vision across all touchpoints.
The role covers property launches, marketing materials, digital content, and investor communications.
The role collaborates with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies and brand narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise copy and design output, review campaign messaging, and maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Guide internal creative teams and external agencies through constructive feedback and direction.
- Monitor industry trends, generate customer engagement ideas, and contribute to long-term brand development and Vision 2030 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creativity in concept development, storytelling, and visual thinking.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting ideas and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in creative strategy and campaign planning, with experience turning business goals into effective creative solutions.
- Experience in branding, including brand positioning, identity development, and brand consistency.
- Advanced writing skills for marketing copy, brand narratives, and investor-focused content.
- Experience leading or managing creative teams or agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media channels and adapting creative for different platforms.
- Relevant real estate or property development experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Workplace
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Compensation
- The listed salary is AED 700 per month.
