Role Description
The Multimedia Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports marketing and communications through visual and audiovisual content for digital platforms, presentations, and campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with video shoots, photography sessions, and multimedia projects.
- Organize and maintain media assets and prepare content for social media, websites, and investor communications.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project teams to support brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Coordinate schedules, manage equipment, provide basic administrative support, and properly archive files.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong multimedia and communication skills across multiple content formats.
- Have experience supporting video production, including planning shoots, assisting on set, and handling basic production tasks.
