Role Description
The Social Media Contributor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role plans, creates, and publishes engaging content across Grovy’s social media channels to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
The role supports campaigns, launches, and key announcements in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Craft posts, captions, and stories for social media channels.
- Coordinate visual assets and short-form videos while maintaining a consistent brand voice and style.
- Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and suggest new content formats to improve reach and audience interaction.
- Respond to comments and messages and assist with social media calendars.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing skills and experience managing brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to create and adapt social media content and strategies to align with brand and campaign objectives.
- Competence in basic video shooting, editing, and optimization of short-form video content.
- Excellent written communication, audience engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data interpretation.
- UAE real estate or property development knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
