- Own brand awareness, impressions, and sign ups from social channels
- Set the creative bar and turn raw ideas into compelling content
- Own social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok
- Build AI workflows to automate content production from podcasts and other sources
- Execute brand campaigns based on data and cultural insights
- Create product marketing media including motion video, graphics, and demos
- Experiment with video production, both in house and with agencies

- Built to ship constantly shipping, experimenting, and learning

The Opportunity
- As our first sales manager, you'll carry a number alongside the team you're building and turn what's working into a repeatable motion.
What You'll Own
- The numbers: brand awareness, impressions, and sign ups from social channels.
- The creative bar: be the person whose work everyone secretly screenshots.
- Our social presence: own how Mutiny shows up across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
- The AI workflow: build agent pipelines that turn one podcast into a week of content.
- Brand campaigns: read the room, read the data, then make the call.
- Product marketing media: content that helps people understand what we do.
- Video: experiment with video, short form ads, customer stories, product launches.

Compensation Range
- $100K $130K per year
