- Bias to ship and iterate quickly
- Ability to explain technical work to non technical stakeholders

What we're building
- Mutiny is the self improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue.
- In April we re launched the product as an agent first platform. MRR is growing more than 70% month over month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake.
The opportunity
- As Mutiny's GTM engineer, you'll own the systems that power how we go to market, from outbound and onboarding to enrichment, routing, and AI native workflows.
- This role is in person in New York City, five days a week.
What you'll own
- The GTM stack: systems behind outbound, onboarding, enrichment, routing, and segmentation.
- Automations and internal tools that make sales and marketing faster.
- The plumbing: APIs, data flows, integrations between every tool.
- AI inside the walls: bring agents and AI workflows into how we operate.
- Pattern to playbook: turn what's working into repeatable processes.
Who you are
- A systems thinker who spots patterns and bottlenecks.
- A builder who has shipped automations, internal tools, and workflows.
- Comfortable with plumbing: APIs, data flows, enrichment, routing.
- AI curious and AI fluent, experimenting with agents and AI workflows.
- Bias to ship: ship something at 80% this week and improve it next.
- A cross functional translator who can explain to CMO, CRO, and engineers.
Compensation Range
- $150K $250K
