- Proven ability to build executive trust with CMOs and VPs
- Experience leading or working closely with a technical support function
- Renewal and expansion mindset with proactive account management
- Ready to lead and build a team

The opportunity
- As AI strategist lead, own Mutiny's managed account book and lead the technical solutions function.
- Set the bar for great support, build playbooks for CS scale, and step into people management.
- This role is in person in New York City.
What you'll own
- The managed book: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across every managed account.
- Technical solutions: lead the function supporting complex customers.
- The playbooks: turn individual account successes into scalable team infrastructure.
- Executive relationships: run EBRs and own the room with CMOs and VPs.
- Renewals and expansion: build the case six months before it's due.
- The team: hire, coach, and develop AI strategists.

Compensation Range
- $175K $225K
