Social Media Content Creator

Overview

• We are searching for a Content Creator is an individual who produces entertaining, educational, or inspirational material for digital platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and blogs.
• Ability to manage the entire production process—ideation, filming, editing, and strategy—to build an audience and often monetize through brand partnerships, ads, or affiliate programs.
• Key skills include creativity, technical proficiency with editing tools, and consistency in creating engaging, high-quality content.
• Roles and Responsibilities often function as a "one-person band," juggling multiple roles:
• **Producer/Filmer:** Handling camera work, lighting, and audio.
• **Editor:** Editing video, audio, or images for social media.
• **Writer/Scriptwriter:** Creating scripts for videos, blog posts, or captions.
• **Strategist:** Analyzing trends and SEO to maximize engagement.
• **Manager/Marketer:** Handling business, branding, and community engagement
• Produce written, visual, and video content (texts, images, videos, reels, stories, shorts).

2️. Social Media Management

• Publish content according to the approved content calendar.
• Monitor and engage with audience interactions (comments, messages, inquiries) in coordination with the marketing team.
• Track post performance and suggest continuous improvements.

3️. Planning & Analysis

• Prepare weekly/monthly content plans in coordination with the marketing team.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools (Reach, Engagement, Views, CTR).
• Prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations.

4️. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

• Ensure full compliance with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.
• Coordinate with designers or photographers when required.
• Maintain high content quality in terms of language, visuals, and overall presentation.

5️. Event Coverage

• Cover events, promotions, launches, and special activities on-site or digitally.
• Create real-time content (Live, Stories) when needed.

Required Qualifications Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or branded environments is a plus.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong creative writing skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing (mobile editing or simple software).

• Develop innovative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns, seasons, and events.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats across different platforms.
