Responsibilities
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness, food storage temperatures, and personal hygiene practices daily
- Implement and maintain HACCP critical control points to eliminate food safety hazards
- Conduct regular training sessions on safe food handling, allergen cross contamination, and sanitation
- Serve as primary contact for local health inspectors and handle documentation
- Audit incoming ingredients and monitor supplier delivery vehicles for proper refrigeration
- Oversee safe storage, dilution, and usage of kitchen cleaning chemicals (MSDS)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Hospitality Management
- Advanced HACCP (Level 3 or 4) or equivalent food safety certification
- 2+ years of hygiene management experience within hotels, restaurants, or catering
- Strong understanding of local food regulations, pest control management, and microbiology
- Exceptional eye for detail, firm leadership, and clear communication skills
- Driving license holder will be an advantage

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated F&B Hygiene Controller (Female) to manage and elevate food safety and sanitation standards across our food and beverage operations.
- You will be the primary custodian of health compliance, ensuring kitchens, staff, and practices consistently meet strict regulatory and internal benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Inspections: Monitor kitchen cleanliness, food storage temperatures, and personal hygiene practices daily.
- HACCP Compliance: Implement and maintain critical control points to eliminate food safety hazards.
- Staff Training: Conduct regular training sessions on safe food handling, allergen cross contamination, and sanitation.
- Municipality Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for local health inspectors and handle documentation.
- Supplier Quality: Audit incoming ingredients and monitor supplier delivery vehicles for proper refrigeration.
- Chemical Safety: Oversee the safe storage, dilution, and usage of kitchen cleaning chemicals (MSDS).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Hospitality Management.
- Certifications: Advanced HACCP (Level 3 or 4) or equivalent food safety certification.
- Experience: 2+ years of hygiene management experience within hotels, restaurants, or catering.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local food regulations, pest control management, and microbiology.

Pay
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 QAR4,500.00 per month
