- Coordinate incoming orders and resolve issues with third party delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, UberEats)
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, speed, and professionalism
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately while balancing the register daily
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide clear product information in both Arabic and English
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in verbal and written Arabic
- Minimum 5 years in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
- Proven experience using modern POS systems and delivery aggregator dashboards
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications & Skills

- Tech Savvy: Proven experience using modern POS systems and delivery aggregator dashboards.
- Problem Solving: Strong conflict resolution skills with a calm, patient demeanor under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
