Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience specifically in the F&B industry, HORECA, Bakery Production
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration preferred
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Project Management certification highly desirable
- Expert knowledge of restaurant POS systems, budgeting, and supply chain management
