***Job Description :-***We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Social Media Officer to manage our online presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both social media management and call center/customer service operations, with strong skills in handling customer inquiries, comments, and Google reviews in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google reviews, TikTok, etc.) for the restaurant chain
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across all platforms
  • Handle and respond to customer feedback and reviews on Google and other review platforms professionally
  • Coordinate with outlet teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all online communications
  • Escalate critical issues to management when required
  • Track and report social media engagement, feedback trends, and customer concerns
  • Support marketing campaigns by publishing content and monitoring performance
  • Work closely with the call center team to ensure smooth handling of customer queries and complaints
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Prepare the Analytical reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role in the UAE
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience handling Google Reviews and online customer feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the F&B or restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or customer service tools
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content planning
  • Preferred Female candidate
