- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and non alcoholic drinks
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours while delivering high quality drinks
- Take orders, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the drink menu
- Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions professionally
- Restock supplies, including ice, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients as needed
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and provide support when needed
- Ensure all beverages meet the establishment's quality standards
- Record daily sales, track inventory usage, and report discrepancies
- Create and serve customized drinks for events while maintaining efficiency
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Bartender in a casual dining or bar setting
- Basic knowledge of mixology, including classic cocktails and beverage trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality drinks
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Team oriented with excellent organizational skills
