- Manage day to day social media activities across multiple client accounts
- Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendars
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives
- Support the development of content briefs, captions, reels, TikTok concepts, and social first campaigns
- Coordinate content shoots, influencer deliverables, product seeding, and campaign assets
- Draft social media captions, story text, short form video copy, hashtags, and call to actions
- Respond to community interactions based on approved guidelines
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, sounds, creator styles, and platform updates
- Assist in preparing weekly or monthly social media performance reports
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other social media management tools
- Fluency in English

Role Overview
- The Social Media Associate will support the execution and management of social media activities across multiple client accounts.
- This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and trend driven individual who understands platform best practices and can contribute to content performance, community growth, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day social media activities across multiple client accounts.
- Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendars.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
- Support the development of content briefs, captions, reels, TikTok concepts, and social first campaigns.
- Coordinate content shoots, influencer deliverables, product seeding, and campaign assets.
- Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems.
- Draft social media captions, story text, short form video copy, hashtags, and call to actions.
- Adapt copy based on platform, audience, campaign objective, and client tone.
- Support bilingual or localized content.
- Respond to community interactions based on approved guidelines.
- Escalate customer concerns and sensitive issues when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other social media management tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or luxury brands.
- Basic Arabic copy understanding is preferred but not required.
- Experience with influencer coordination, product seeding, or event content coverage.
- Basic photo/video editing skills for reels, stories, and TikTok content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma and Slack.
