Role Overview

  • Our company is driven to find the next big thing, and we are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Creative Director to help lead that vision.
  • This individual will combine creative excellence, marketing expertise, and business acumen to elevate both our agency and the brands we represent.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE market and a proven ability to manage and execute the brand and visual vision across multiple brands and projects within a fast paced startup environment.

Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Lead the development of integrated creative strategies, brand narratives, and campaign concepts that align with client objectives, consumer insights, and market opportunities across digital, social, content, experiential, and traditional channels.
  • Ensure all creative outputs maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework while delivering measurable engagement and brand impact.
  • Translate business objectives, audience insights, and market trends into innovative creative solutions that strengthen brand positioning and audience connection.

Creative Excellence & Client Partnership

  • Lead the ideation, development, and execution of multi channel campaigns, ensuring high standards of creativity, quality, and effectiveness across all deliverables.
  • Serve as the senior creative lead for client accounts, confidently presenting concepts, creative rationale, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, communications, media, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support client growth and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Innovation

  • Build, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee creative workflows, production timelines, and project delivery to ensure efficient execution and high quality outputs across multiple brands and projects.
  • Stay ahead of consumer trends, cultural movements, emerging platforms, and creative technologies, leveraging insights and innovation to continuously enhance creative performance and agency capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in creative, branding, advertising, content, or design roles, preferably within an agency or multidisciplinary marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing campaigns for brands within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute the brand and visual vision across multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience leading projects from concept development through final execution across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful brand campaigns, creative storytelling, and integrated marketing work across digital, social, content, and experiential platforms.
  • Strong creative vision combined with commercial awareness and an understanding of business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop creative teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern creative production workflows.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently present creative concepts and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or advanced qualifications in creative leadership, branding, or marketing are advantageous but not required.
