Role Overview

  • The Social Media Associate will support the execution and management of social media activities across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and trend driven individual who understands platform best practices and can contribute to content performance, community grow

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage day to day social media activities across multiple client accounts.
  • Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendars.
  • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
  • Content Coordination: Support the development of content briefs, captions, reels, TikTok concepts, and social first campaigns.
  • Coordinate content shoots, influencer deliverables, product seeding, and campaign assets.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems.
  • Copywriting and Captions: Draft social media captions, story text, short form video copy, hashtags, and call to actions.
  • Adapt copy based on platform, audience, campaign objective, and client tone.
  • Support bilingual or localized content.
  • Community Management: Respond to community interactions based on approved guidelines.
  • Escalate customer concerns and sensitive issues when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other social media management tools.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or luxury brands.
  • Basic Arabic copy understanding is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with influencer coordination, product seeding, or event content coverage.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills for reels, stories, and TikTok content.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma and Slack.
