- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Qatar's F&B market and regulations is an advantage

About the Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Partner interested in developing and operating a small café or restaurant in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
- Present a commercially viable café or restaurant business concept.
- Lead the planning, setup, and launch of the business.
- Manage daily operations, staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop menus, pricing strategies, and operational procedures.

- Ensure compliance with Qatar's food safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in the café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in launching or managing a café or restaurant is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and customer service.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and execute a successful business concept.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Qatar's F&B market and regulations is an advantage.
