- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily executive operations, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient office administration.
- The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate communication between senior management, internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents, contracts, and company records.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow up and responses.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Monitor office administration activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist senior management in preparing business reports and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and document control procedures.
- Perform additional executive and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong business writing and document preparation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
- Arabic Nationality is Mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is Mandatory.
