Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain company data and databases
- Analyze operational, financial, sales, and business data to identify trends and performance indicators
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and management summaries
- Develop Excel reports using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis tools
- Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate, and organize business information
- Generate performance reports and provide analytical support to management
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data management efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Entry, Data Analysis, MIS, or Reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and dashboards
- Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or similar reporting tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Arabic Nationality is Mandatory
- Fluency in Arabic and English is Mandatory

About the Role
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Data Entry & Data Analyst to support the organization's reporting and business operations by ensuring accurate data management, analysis, and reporting.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, preparing analytical reports, monitoring business performance, and providing insights that support informed decision making.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
