- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Develop clear sales plans and ensure the team follows them to reach company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing major deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and decision makers
- Monitor sales pipeline, review performance regularly, and provide guidance to improve results
- Support the team in negotiations and help close high value contracts
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and proper CRM updates
- Expand channel partnerships and increase market coverage
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategy
- Create a positive, target driven, and performance focused team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within CCTV, Surveillance, or Physical Security
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing or leading a sales team
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Language: English and Arabic is required
