About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead our Surveillance Division and drive sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and government sectors.
  • This role requires a strong sales leader who can develop winning strategies, expand market presence, and build a high performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop clear sales plans and ensure the team follows them to reach company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing major deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and decision makers.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, review performance regularly, and provide guidance to improve results.
  • Support the team in negotiations and help close high value contracts.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and proper CRM updates.
  • Expand channel partnerships and increase market coverage.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategy.
  • Create a positive, target driven, and performance focused team environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within CCTV, Surveillance, or Physical Security.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Language: English and Arabic is required.
