About the Role
SKIMS is hiring for multiple store roles at Mirdif City Centre in Dubai. We are looking for Team Leaders, Sales Advisors, Visual Merchandisers, and Cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store and lead the team to achieve sales targets (Team Leader/Supervisor)
- Deliver a best in class store experience and represent the brand through styling and product knowledge (Sales Advisor)
- Create impactful displays and ensure store reflects SKIMS aesthetic (Visual Merchandiser)
- Handle transactions accurately and maintain cash desk standards (Cashier)
Requirements
- Experience in a similar or customer facing role
- Experience managing, leading and developing teams (for team lead and supervisory roles)
- A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team
- Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume, agile environment
- Highly effective communicator, written and verbal
- High School qualification or higher
