We are looking for a Site Technical Manager for one of our client to oversees a project's technical aspects, bridging design and construction by managing technical teams, ensuring quality, resolving issues, and guaranteeing compliance with standards, specifications, and safety regulations, from planning through completion, coordinating engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- **Project Oversight**
- : Manage technical delivery, ensuring it aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
- **Team Leadership**
- : Lead, mentor, and coordinate technical teams, including engineers and coordinators.
- **Design & Documentation**
- : Review drawings, manage technical submittals (shop drawings, materials), and ensure constructability.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**
- : Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and queries.
- **Quality & Compliance**
- : Enforce technical standards, quality control, and adherence to safety (HSE) regulations.
- **Problem Solving**
- : Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and manage design changes.
- **Reporting**
- : Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report on technical aspects.
Requirements
- Strong background in engineering/construction with relevant experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of industry standards, local regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, budgets, and technical teams effectively.
- At least 10 years of experience
