About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Emirati (Family Book required) to lead strategic planning, organizational performance, governance, and transformation initiatives that drive the authority’s long term vision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee strategic, operational, KPI, and budget plans aligned with government priorities.
  • Lead organizational performance management, KPI development, target setting, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, execution tracking, and executive reporting across the authority.
  • Review and enhance organizational structures, mandates, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support enterprise risk management and integrate risk considerations into strategic planning.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and recommend initiatives to improve competitiveness and performance.
  • Foster a culture of strategic thinking, innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence.
  • Ensure alignment with Executive Council requirements, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Provide strategic insights, performance analytics, and recommendations to support executive decision making.
  • Lead workforce planning, capability development, and performance management initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • UAE National with Family Book.
  • Bachelor's degree in strategic planning, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Planning & Organization, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Corporate Performance, PMO, Business Excellence, Governance, or Transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic frameworks, KPI management, organizational effectiveness, risk management, and performance measurement.
  • Proven experience working within government, semi government, or large corporate environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities.
