About the Role
A prominent Government of Dubai entity is seeking a Head of Data Management to collect and analyze institutional and sectoral data, develop frameworks and methodologies, and provide consultation on data management.

- Prepare and implement the annual operational plan, including targets, KPIs, and budget requirements
- Design and develop data architecture to improve analysis and reporting efficiency
- Establish frameworks and methodologies for institutional data management
- Oversee development of data operation and archiving standards aligned with government policies
- Integrate emerging technologies into data management processes
- Evaluate database changes and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Oversee data security in coordination with relevant entities
- Conduct periodic data maturity assessments and improvement plans
- Develop centralized databases for strategic and sectoral data
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within government or semi government organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Must have Strategic Planning and Performance Management skills
- Must have data collection and analysis skills
- Must have a family book
