Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the department's strategic and operational plans, KPIs, and budget in alignment with the department's and Authority's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes for the Strategic Planning Section.
- Review, develop, and update the Authority's organizational structure, assess the rationale for changes, and measure its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure the Authority's strategy is aligned with local and federal government priorities and strategic directions while supporting the achievement of Dubai Government objectives.
- Support enterprise risk management from a strategic planning perspective, including identifying and assessing all types of risks, coordinating with organizational units to ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place, preparing periodic reports, and promoting risk awareness.
- Develop and implement the Authority's roadmap for executing Dubai's strategic plan, ensuring compliance with the 'Qarar' system requirements regarding initiatives, projects, and KPIs.
- Follow up on Executive Council requests and ensure timely support is provided in coordination with relevant organizational units.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager related to the role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, operational plans, and policies.
- Knowledge of risk and crisis management.
- Experience in planning and monitoring structured activities and operations.
- Must have a UAE family book
