Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shop drawing production, detailing, and technical coordination
- Coordinate between Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design & MEP disciplines
- Review subcontractor submissions, materials, shop drawings, and technical calculations
- Resolve technical issues on site and provide guidance to construction teams
- Lead technical meetings, workshops, RFIs, and material approvals
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, NCC standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC, and commercial teams
- Monitor technical status, approvals, and as built documentation
Requirements
- Strong Architectural background
- Proven experience in high rise construction projects
- Expertise in technical coordination and shop drawing management
- Strong knowledge of IFC drawings, authorities' regulations, and construction standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Arabic Nationality

- We are currently looking for an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong Architectural background to join one of our leading clients in the high rise construction industry.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional who has strong expertise in engineering coordination, shop drawings, technical management, and multidisciplinary project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shop drawing production, detailing, and technical coordination
