- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Supervise mechanical construction crews, technicians, and subcontractors during installation activities
- Oversee HVAC systems, ductwork, piping works, plumbing systems, fire fighting systems, drainage systems, chilled water systems, and other mechanical installations
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, productivity, and quality
- Coordinate daily manpower allocation, resources, and work priorities to ensure timely project execution
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and ensure safe working practices on site
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers and subcontractors
- Monitor daily progress, manpower attendance, material usage, and site activities, and report to the Site Engineer
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and quality concerns in coordination with the Site Engineer
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools, equipment, and construction materials
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical construction supervision
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire fighting, drainage, chilled water systems
