Job Overview
- Develop, implement, and monitor project QA/QC plans in accordance with project specifications and company standards.
- Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), material submittments, and shop drawings to ensure compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify quality issues, issue NCRs, and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with contract specifications, local regulations, and applicable international standards.
- Coordinate material inspections, testing activities, and third party laboratory approvals.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, quality documentation, and project handover records.
- Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors while promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and support project close out activities.
