- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Perform risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and recommend preventive measures
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards
- Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices across site
- Prepare HSE reports, statistics, permits, and safety documentation
- Coordinate emergency response activities and participate in emergency drills
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety performance
