- Lead and facilitate RCM studies for critical plant assets
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and availability
- Conduct RCM, FMECA, and criticality assessments for rotating and static equipment
- Develop optimized Preventive Maintenance programs based on reliability analysis and equipment criticality
- Analyze equipment performance by calculating MTBF and determining appropriate PM frequencies
- Create and optimize maintenance plans to improve asset reliability while reducing costs
- Lead cross functional workshops involving Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability teams
- Provide technical guidance and training on RCM principles and best maintenance practices
- Utilize GE APM Meridium for reliability analysis and asset performance management
- Utilize SAP CMMS for maintenance planning, PM development, work order management, and data analysis
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Job Overview
