Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
- Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines
- Review and verify shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation before execution
- Evaluate and approve material samples to ensure compliance with project specifications and design intent
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and contractual requirements
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout all stages of construction
- Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, inspection reports, and daily activity records
- Identify non conformances and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients as required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
- Support project managers in resolving technical and construction related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior fit out projects, site supervision, or construction management
- Proven experience supervising high end commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit out projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing works, and interior fit out processes
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in preparing detailed technical and progress reports
- Good working knowledge of QA/QC procedures and industry best practices
- Familiarity with construction documentation, material approvals, and project specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction documentation software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Job Summary

Salary & Duration
- Role duration: 27 months.
- Salary range: AED 25,000 30,000 per month.
