- Prepare professional sales proposals, presentations, and client documentation
- Create, maintain, and update prospect databases and CRM records
- Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, product information, and lead times
- Prepare and compare quotations for client submissions
- Assist the sales team with follow ups, scheduling meetings, and tracking opportunities
- Support tender submissions and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Coordinate marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media content, brochures, and promotional materials
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
- Maintain organized records of proposals, quotations, and project documentation
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of information required for sales activities
- Generate sales reports and monitor pipeline progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 5 years of experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Business Development support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and commercial documents
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Understanding of sales processes and basic marketing principles
- Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and branding
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative sales team

Job Overview
