- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
- Implement customer acquisition, retention, and retargeting strategies
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, remarketing, and lead generation strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and business growth.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement customer acquisition, retention, and retargeting strategies across all brands.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, E commerce, Product, and Retail teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand specific campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators including traffic, conversions, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and automated customer journeys.
- Develop and execute newsletter strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Manage customer segmentation and email automation flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post purchase follow ups, and re engagement campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, remarketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
