Job Summary

  • Seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to develop and grow business across international markets
  • Focus on identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, driving sales revenue, and expanding global presence

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, dealers, consultants, and direct clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, finance, and production to ensure smooth order execution
  • Manage export documentation process in coordination with logistics/shipping teams
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables
  • Develop strategies to increase market share in target regions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in international markets / export sales
  • Strong knowledge of global trade practices, Incoterms, and export processes
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets
