Job Purpose
Conduct site patrols, supervise security and cleaning staff, maintain service quality, and train employees to meet company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and random patrols and inspections at all assigned sites.
- Supervise security guards, cleaners, and site supervisors.
- Check staff attendance, punctuality, uniform, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure security and cleaning duties meet company and client requirements.
- Conduct induction, refresher, safety, and job-specific training for security and cleaning staff.
- Identify performance issues, manpower shortages, safety concerns, and site problems and report them to management.
- Handle and follow up on client complaints and operational issues.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, PPE, cleaning materials, and security equipment.
- Prepare daily patrol, inspection, incident, and training reports.
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies, site instructions, and safety procedures.
- Provide corrective guidance and recommend disciplinary action for repeated violations.
- Support management during emergencies, incidents, and special site inspections.
Requirements
- Experience in facility management, security, cleaning, or site supervision.
- Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
