- Coordinate with agents, maintenance teams, and external vendors to schedule site inspections, manage access, and resolve on site issues
- Monitor site standards, track occupancy and readiness, maintain operational records
- Support property viewings and client walkthroughs
- Prepare brief status reports and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure on site operations align with company policies and client service expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in site operations, facilities management, property management, or a closely related field
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management abilities
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Comfort with basic digital tools and office software for reporting, scheduling, and documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Familiarity with real estate or construction environments in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE preferred
- Valid UAE residency and ability to travel between property sites within Abu Dhabi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, real estate, or related discipline preferred

Role Description
- The Site Operations Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for work from home.
- This role oversees the daily operations of property sites, ensuring they are well presented, safe, and ready for client visits.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with agents, maintenance teams, and external vendors to schedule site inspections, manage access, and resolve on site issues promptly.
- Monitor site standards, track occupancy and readiness, maintain operational records, and support property viewings and client walkthroughs.

Qualifications
