Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid Knowledge Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- Design, implement, and maintain systems and processes to capture, organize, and update organizational knowledge, including property information, market insights, and internal best practices.
- Structure knowledge repositories, document procedures, and ensure consultants and staff can easily access accurate and current information.
- Promote knowledge sharing across teams through guidelines, training, and collaboration tools.
- Analyze usage data to improve content relevance and accessibility.
- Coordinate small knowledge related projects, align knowledge resources with business needs, and support leadership with reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing skills.
