- Oversee end to end execution of property related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track project milestones, expedite critical tasks, and manage logistics related to inspections, documentation, and handovers
- Monitor project risks, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and prepare regular status reports and execution plans
- Optimize processes for efficiency, support continuous improvement, and help maintain a high level of professional service to clients
Requirements
- Project management skills, including project planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong expediting capabilities to ensure timely completion of tasks, materials, and documentation
- Experience with inspections and quality checks to verify properties and project deliverables meet required standards
- Logistics management skills to coordinate movement of people, resources, and information across project phases
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or property management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking project milestones, expediting critical tasks, and managing logistics related to inspections, documentation, and handovers.
- Monitoring project risks, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and preparing regular status reports and execution plans.
- Optimizing processes for efficiency, supporting continuous improvement, and helping maintain a high level of professional service to clients.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including project planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong expediting capabilities to ensure timely completion of tasks, materials, and documentation.
- Experience with inspections and quality checks to verify properties and project deliverables meet required standards.
- Logistics management skills to coordinate movement of people, resources, and information across project phases.
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or property management is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, and comfort working in a hybrid environment.
