Requirements

- Solid understanding of the Dubai property market, including residential asset types, pricing trends, and regulatory frameworks
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple assets and tasks concurrently
- Comfort with digital tools and property management or asset management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate asset management, property management, or investment analysis within a similar market is highly beneficial

Role Description
- The Enterprise Asset Manager is a part time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of a portfolio of real estate assets.
- This role involves monitoring asset occupancy and revenue, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategies to improve asset value and return on investment.
- Daily tasks include coordinating with property consultants and operations teams, maintaining accurate asset records, preparing performance reports, and supporting decisions on acquisitions, disposals, and enhancements.
- The Enterprise Asset Manager will also contribute to risk management, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and help maintain high standards of client service for property owners and investors.
Qualifications
- Strong real estate asset management knowledge, including portfolio analysis, performance tracking, and value optimization.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret ROI, cash flow, and market data for decision making.
- Solid understanding of the Dubai property market, including residential asset types, pricing trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple assets and tasks concurrently.
