Job Title: Sales Executive – Bakery.

Job Purpose
The Sales Executive – Bakery is responsible for promoting and selling bakery products, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell bakery products to customers, including retail, corporate, and wholesale clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotions to attract customers.
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely supply and availability of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for strategy improvement.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and in-store promotions.
Qualifications And Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in sales, preferably in bakery, food, or FMCG products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of bakery products and trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and promotions.
