- Ensure a safe working environment and necessary documentation (RA/MS)
- Represent the Project Manager on site and during local coordination meetings
- Coordinate and direct site works by Eaton and third party suppliers daily
- Highlight gaps in resource to Project Manager and aid planning
- Responsible for Health and Safety, Environmental process on site
- Maintain close cooperation with Project Manager and site service coordinators
- Provide regular written updates to project manager
- Ensure effective use of resources to help reach profitability expectations
- Identify and notify extra work from parties and document to PM
- Serve as testing auditor of test forms and practices
Requirements
- Strong electrical engineering background
- 10 15 years of experience in similar roles specifically as Site Manager
- Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction site
- Experience in power distribution construction sites
- Data Center Site Management large scale in UAE
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self motivated
- Very strong all round knowledge of mechanical engineering, specifically air conditioning, chiller, cooling on large scale
- Excellent people management skills

- 10 15 years of experience in similar roles specifically as Site Manager
