- Supervise installation of GIS/AIS equipment, power transformers, switchgear, control systems, protection systems, and cable networks
- Review and approve work plans, method statements, and construction procedures
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC requirements, and project specifications
- Coordinate inspection and testing activities and maintain documentation
- Monitor manpower productivity, equipment utilization, and material consumption
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Support testing and commissioning activities and ensure successful project handover
Requirements
- Experience managing 380kV substation projects
- Knowledge of GIS/AIS equipment installation
