About the Role
CITIC Middle East Contracting is seeking a Site Male Nurse to provide first aid and emergency medical treatment at construction project sites. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Nursing with a valid UAE license, 3-5 years of experience as a Site Nurse in construction, and BLS/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment to injured or ill employees at the project site
- Manage and operate the site medical clinic/first aid room, ensuring it is adequately stocked with medicines and medical supplies
- Assess medical emergencies and coordinate with ambulance services, hospitals, and emergency responders when necessary
- Maintain accurate First aid records, treatment logs, and injury reports in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Conduct health assessments and periodic medical monitoring of employees as required
- Support the HSE Department in the reporting and investigation of incidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses
- Monitor and report any communicable diseases or health concerns that may affect the workforce
- Conduct health awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and training sessions on first aid, heat stress, hygiene, and occupational health issues
- Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and rescue exercises
- Inspect and maintain first aid boxes, AEDs, stretchers, and emergency medical equipment across the project site
- Monitor workers for heat stress, fatigue, dehydration, and other construction related health risks
- Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations, project HSE requirements, and company occupational health procedures
Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in nursing with a valid nursing license from home country and UAE (DOH/DHA/MOH eligibility or license preferred)
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Site Nurse in construction projects, with at least 2 years in high rise building construction
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid & CPR (ACLS certification is an advantage)
- Sound knowledge of occupational health, emergency response, trauma management, and construction related injuries
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Arabic is an added advantage
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast paced construction environment with a large workforce

Job Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in nursing with a valid nursing license from the home country and UAE (DOH/DHA/MOH eligibility or license preferred).
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Site Nurse in construction projects, with at least 2 years of experience in high rise building construction projects.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid & CPR (ACLS certification is an advantage).
- Sound knowledge of occupational health, emergency response, trauma management, and construction related injuries.
- Experience in handling medical emergencies, maintaining medical records, conducting health surveillance, and managing site clinics.
- Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, and project HSE procedures.
- Ability to conduct health awareness campaigns, assist in emergency drills, and coordinate with hospitals and emergency services.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Arabic is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast paced construction environment with a large workforce.
- Experience working on projects exceeding 500 workers and in high rise tower construction projects.
- Knowledge of incident reporting and occupational health management systems.
Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 7,500.00 per month
